Jana has been fun to work with from day 1. Jana was always available even after her work hours and on vacation days. She isvery lively and knowledgeable with the area which made the purchase much easier. We completed the transaction remotely. Though I have not seen the property in-person, with Jana on my side, I was very comfortable, as I knew I was in the best hands. I felt like I am working with a friend. She provided referrals and help wherever I needed them, even after closing and she even mailed me the closing file with the keys and a gift. Jana knows the neighborhood and buyers in the area very well. She personally showed our home each time instead of allowing other realtors to come in via a lock-box.
